Our impression, in other word "goal", is customer impression and satisfaction. |
Neasf Agency was established in 1992. We have grown with our customers under the policy
"Our system must be just for our customer." The word "Fabricative", which is newly created,
contains following two abilities. We would like to be the team with them. 1) Ability to plan, develop, and operate the system by ourselves 2) Ability to give proper consultation to our customers by our system development ability. The circumstance surrounding us changes every second. We will change with the circumstance, or even more quickly. At the same time, we will not forget the vision and position of our customers as we have done so, and we will continuously improve. |

The internationalization of a domestic enterprise will advance, and the globalization accelerate further now. The flow is caught with the fact that we should accept regardless of the scale of the business. I will execute an enough support to the improvement of English language skill and the communications power (human skill) in addition to it though the junior staff's guidance promotion is done by OJT and the on-the-job training that centers on a senior engineer for the skill improvement of the information technology skill. Especially, all employees including the director can independently set the target for a human skill including the management ability, and the environment that can achieve it is maintained. This is our wish that every employee will be able to overcome his/her difficulty under any kinds of conditions. |
We internally use just ***-san (means Mr. or Ms. ***) when somebody calls others,
which is not typical Japanese way. In Japan, we normally use like President ***.
However, this does not mean that everybody forgets Reigi in Japanese. We believe
that friendly atmosphere is maintained by Reigi and moderation in our minds. We feel that there are two kinds of responsibility. The one is "given" and the other is "made by one's own". The task of management in Neasf Agency is to create environment that employees can positively propose "made by one's own" responsibility. |
